主要研究方向

1)焊接电弧物理

研究焊接电弧等离子体及其与金属熔体耦合作用下的传热、传力和传质特性,开发相应的光谱、温度、流动等物理过程观测方法和装置,并通过数值模拟的手段建立相应的仿真模型。

2)新型弧焊工艺

针对焊接过程的热力传输特征开展新型电弧热源开发与工艺适配研究,包括多电极电弧热源、激光电弧复合热源与多物理场复合热源等。

3)金属增材制造

针对金属增材制造过程开发创新热源,研究增材制造过程的信息采集、特征提取与智能控制等。

个人自述

蒋凡,年生,福建武夷山人,工学博士,北京工业大学副研究员,硕士研究生导师。年获哈尔滨工业大学学士学位,至年于北京工业大学硕博连读并参加美国肯塔基大学联合培养项目,年获北京工业大学博士学位后留校工作至今。曾两次获日本大阪大学邀请参加JIJReC项目并任联合研究员。兼任中国电工学会电焊技术专业委员会副秘书长,中国机械工程学会焊接学会青年工作委员会委员。研究方向为焊接电弧物理与等离子体测试、电弧加工工艺与过程控制、金属零件增材制造等,承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、北京市自然科学基金等项目及参与企事业委托科研开发课题十余项,研究工作获年机械工业科学技术奖二等奖,年北京市科学技术奖一等奖,年国家科技进步奖二等奖;近五年发表论文30余篇,获授权国家发明专利18项,国际发明专利2项。
